Bill is a Shareholder of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund and has been practicing public accounting since 1986. Prior to joining Saltmarsh in 1990, he worked with an international accounting firm.

Since joining Saltmarsh, Bill’s primary practice areas have included providing audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to financial institutions, commercial entities, employee benefit plans, and nonprofit organizations throughout the Southeast.

His specialized financial institution experience includes loan and credit quality reviews, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, internal control reviews and assessments, and new bank formations.
