Mel KleinertDirector of Talent Acquisition & Planning

Mel is the Director of Talent Acquisition & Planning for Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She oversees the firm’s recruiting programs and develops strategic partnerships that promote Saltmarsh as a standout firm to potential talent. Mel is also responsible for the success of our campus recruiting efforts, including the firm’s summer leadership experience and internship programs which offer learning and professional development exposure for up-and-coming, next gen talent. She serves as the primary liaison between hiring managers, outside agencies and universities in the firm’s network. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, Mel worked in corporate recruiting and represented both regional and Big4 accounting firms.
