Mike is a senior consultant in the Audit and Assurance Services Department of Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund. He has over 36 years experience in government and public accounting including audits of tax exempt organizations and management consulting. Experience includes audits of state agencies and local governments, tax exempt organizations, and manufacturing companies. Litigation support experience includes fraud prevention and detection and expert witness testimony in criminal and civil cases involving divorce, breach of contract and occupational fraud. Management consulting services include audit committee and board training with regard to fiduciary responsibilities for internal control and other matters related to the detection and prevention of occupational fraud in their organization.
