Saltmarsh Participates in UWF's Meet the Firms Event

Saltmarsh was proud to participate in the 2016 Meet the Firms event at the University of West Florida. Sponsored by the Iota Phi Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi and the Department of Accounting and Finance in the College of Business, this event allows juniors and seniors within these majors to seek out opportunities for internships and potential jobs with local firms.

Saltmarsh employees were on hand to talk with students, look over resumes, and schedule on-site interviews throughout the night. In addition to the networking time, we were proud to donate four scholarships to well-deserving UWF students.

Charles Gund, Jr., a trustee of the FICPA Educational Foundation Board, capped the night off by awarding a $2000 FICPA Student Scholarship to Victoria Deakins for her academic excellence and work as a student ambassador.
