'Tis the Saltmarsh Season

We love celebrating the holidays at our firm! From Hanukkah traditions to Christmas traditions to parties to Salty the Elf, we go above and beyond at Saltmarsh to spread the holiday cheer!

Tree Decorations & Home Traditions

Our trees are always a big hit at the local offices. We always recruit our talented decorators to bring the season indoors to spark that Christmas magic! We also love to share how our Saltmarsh Family members decorate their homes and celebrate their traditions.

Door Decor Contest

We also hosted an office-wide door decorating contest! This contest isn’t just for the offices though, remote team members sent in their submissions too! It’s a lot of fun to bring out the creative, festive and competitive sides of our team. Our winner for the 2nd time in a row, Ronnie Bennett, went all out with a Disney-themed snowman!

If you look closely enough, Salty the Elf appears in some of this year’s door decorating submissions! When he’s not assisting with the doors, he’s usually causing all kinds of mischief somewhere else… Rumor has it he is going for our adding machine next!

Team Building

Throughout the year, we always take some time to step away from the screen to have some fun! This month, our Tampa office worked on their agility and conquered their fears at Treehoppers Aerial Adventure Park, a tree-climbing ropes course! Our Pensacola team got down to business and went axe throwing at Grizzly Axes. They also went to cheer on the local hockey team, Pensacola Ice Flyers!

Holiday Parties

Another way we love to celebrate the holiday season is with our holiday parties! Being able to gather with coworkers and families was missed last year but we didn’t miss a beat this year! We even held a remote cookie decorating party for those who don’t work near our local offices to unite everyone as much as we can!
