Submission Deadlines: FRVS Survey Data

DUE APRIL 30, 2018: Submission of updated FRVS survey data to AHCA. The FRVS survey data will be used to calculate your 10/01/2018 FRVS rate.

Did You Know?

Many SNFs submitted their FRVS initial survey data over 2 years ago and have not updated the information.
Generators that are installed and functional can be reported as part of the survey.
Other assets placed in service by 04/30/2018 that can be reported include:

Bed additions
Bed replacements
Renovation/major improvements

Make sure you receive the maximum FRVS rate to which you are entitled!

Use this link to check if your FRVS data is current by following these steps:

Download your data in the Approving a Prior Submission section;
Approve your submission as accurate;
Follow the Data Collection Process if costs need to be updated.
