Beacon is our exclusive virtual leadership program for college students like you who are pursuing a career in public accounting.

The mission of Beacon is to contribute to your success and facilitate a smooth transition from the classroom to the office in a virtual environment. This unique experience pairs fundamental leadership training with team building to offer a view of what it’s like to be a part of the #SaltmarshFamily.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must be within 2 years of completing their accounting program and carry an overall GPA of at least 3.0.
