Strategic Planning Assistance

How does it work?

  • Brainstorm additional HOW strategies
  • Prioritize top strategies
  • Transform strategies into actions using a force field tool
  • Produces a one-page plan with next steps for each of the key actions identified

We recommend revisiting your strategic plan annually to ensure it remains nimble and adaptable in changing circumstances.
