Mike Miller & Beth Varhalla Elected Shareholders

PENSACOLA, FL, January 4, 2019 -- Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund, one of the region's leading CPA and consulting firms with offices in Pensacola, Tampa, Orlando, and Nashville, is excited to announce that Michael Miller, CPA, CIT and Beth Varhalla, CPA have been elected shareholders as of January 1, 2019.

Beth Varhalla joined Saltmarsh in 1987 and has assisted clients over the years with her expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership tax services, along with financial accounting and QuickBooks services with concentrations in the legal, real estate and healthcare industries. She serves in a leadership role on Saltmarsh's People Development Committee and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Beth also had the privilege of being selected as a member of Leadership Pensacola's Class of 2011.

Since joining the firm in 2008, Mike Miller has served clients in the public and private sectors with a special focus on the construction industry. By providing audit, tax compliance, tax planning, surety consulting and succession planning services, Mike has helped over 200 contractors, developers and other clients achieve success in their industries. Mike works closely in the community alongside the Home Builders Association of West Florida, the Florida Surety Association, and the local chapters for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA).
