Kat is a staff auditor in the Audit & Assurance Services Department of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. She joined Saltmarsh as an audit intern in May 2023, and become a full time staff member in August 2023. Kat provides audit and assurance services to clients, with a focus on the construction industry. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Her favorite fundamental is #14 ‘Listen to Understand’ because she believes being present and engaged is an important aspect of teamwork.
