Stephanie DwyerLearning & Development Manager

Stephanie is the manager of learning and development for Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. In this role, she works closely with firm leadership to promote lifelong learning and the drive for personal and professional growth at all levels. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology with a narrowed focus on motivation, human behavior, and organizational development. Prior to joining Saltmarsh Stephanie worked in higher education for over a decade, providing career advising services and organizing learning experiences, recruiting initiatives and community development outreach.
