Lou is a director in the Tax & Accounting Services practice of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. He began his public accounting career in 1983, working for both national and international public accounting firms. Lou’s primary areas of focus include providing tax services for real estate and healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Saltmarsh, he served as a shareholder and owner of Ruggiero, Martinez & Norton P.A. for 27 years, servicing closely held businesses before the firm merged with Saltmarsh in January 2024.
