Rebecca Hughes, CRCMSenior Consultant, Financial Institutions

Rebecca is a senior consultant in the Financial Institution Advisory Group of Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund. Her primary areas of expertise include fair lending risk review, redlining and data analysis. Prior to joining Saltmarsh in 2022, Rebecca worked for small and large banks. She began her banking career nearly 15 years ago as a consumer loan underwriter for a small regional bank which eventually led her to a career in compliance.
