2022 Lookback

2022 was a great and busy year for Saltmarsh! Every year flies by, especially when we’re busy out in the community, recruiting the best of the best, enjoying team-building events and exceptionally serving our clients. Come look back at our 2022 accomplishments with us!

Welcome to the Family

We welcomed over 39 new Saltmarsh team members and had 8 amazing interns join our tax and audit teams!

Recruiting Events Galore

We were very involved in campus recruiting with our new Campus Ambassadors committee this year! Our 35 Campus Ambassadors attended career fairs throughout the southeast where they met over 220 students at recruiting events this year!

Awards and Recognition

We received many new recognitions this year too! From ranking #4 in the nation for Best Firms for Young Accountants to Best Firm to Work For, to one of the Best Tax and Accounting Firms in America!

Our Saltmarsh Financial Advisors were also recognized once again as a Top Wealth Advisory Firm!

Getting Competitive

We completed (and competed in) our 4th annual Level Up Business Development Challenge with over 6500 activities logged by our team! We also love getting competitive during our monthly Fun Friday Luncheons where we all get together in-office for good eats and games!

Giving Back

We gave back to our communities through 17 coordinated volunteer events from beach cleanups to building homes with Habitat for Humanity to volunteering and fundraising for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
