The Information Interchange Conference will be held in Orlando, Florida on February 24-26, 2015. This conference will provide professionals with payment strategies, operations and technology solutions, and risk and compliance issues related to ACH, Card, eCheck and Remote Deposit Capture, amongst other subjects. One of our shareholders, Kristen Stogniew, Esq., AAP, will be speaking about managing cross channel risk. It will highlight the importance of looking at fraud across all payment channels to protect the customer by breaking down risk management silos, regulatory expectations, and Big Data opportunities. In another session, she will be speaking about "Operation Chokepoint," regulatory actions for managing higher-risk originators, and the importance of managing the reputational risk of your institution. She will highlight the necessary tools and the importance of understanding your customer at a deeper level. This conference will provide each attendee with direct access to solution providers, the chance to network and share ideas with other payments professionals, and an opportunity to gain up to 11.7 AAP continuing education credits with an additional 1.8 available per workshops.
