We are proud to share that senior manager, Sarah Oliver, CRCM, is a part of ConvergenceCoaching’s 2022-2023 Summer Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP) graduating class.

The intensive one-year program is designed to take new and future leaders to the next level of success in leading others within their firms. Throughout the program, participants gathered to strategize plans for firm growth and participated in training to amplify their leadership abilities and confidence. Participants collaborated on business development and identified personal strengths that will play a vital role in their professional practices.

"It's wonderful to see another group of firm leaders ready to take the accounting profession by storm and implement new and innovative ideas," said Renee Moelders, ConvergenceCoaching partner and TLP coach, in a statement. "We're proud of their commitment to their firms and the profession and can't wait to see what they accomplish in the future!”

Sarah is a graduate of St. Petersburg College and the Florida School of Banking and has been a major force in the firm’s Financial Institution Consulting practice since joining Saltmarsh in 2017. As a senior manager, she is focused on providing compliance reviews, assisting with special research projects and consulting on deposit and lending-related regulations. During her time in TLP, Sarah created the Financial Institution Learning Library for Saltmarsh staff by leading a 5-person committee to develop a comprehensive training catalog for staff learning and training activities.

“We are committed to real development at Saltmarsh, and Sarah is a natural leader,” said Saltmarsh President, Lee Bell. “She has shown how much can be made out of these experiences. I’m really looking forward to watching what she does as we grow and build a durable future together. So proud of her and all she is accomplishing!”

Congratulations, Sarah!
