UWF Alumni Association Presentation

Last week, the University of West Florida Alumni Association visited our firm to educate our UWF alumni about their services and the future plans of the university.

We had the pleasure of meeting Coach Pete Shinnick, who is launching the UWF football team within the next couple years. He discussed the success of his career and how he plans to add the UWF football team to his winning streak.

We also had another guest speaker, Brendan Kelly speak about the master plan. In his presentation, he discussed the University of West Florida Historic Trust, which is an internal organization that works to preserve the history of Northwest Florida. Through the Historic Trust, the university is able to contribute to the Downtown Pensacola area by providing public access to their historic buildings, museums and supporting local events such as Gallery Night. He also discussed the many additions that the Pensacola campus will be seeing shortly.

It was refreshing to hear about the bright future that the university has in store. Especially with the expertise and support that is contributing to the cause.
