David Uslan Joins Saltmarsh as Shareholder

Saltmarsh is excited to announce that David Uslan has joined the firm as our newest shareholder and tax practice co-leader. In this new role, he will work alongside shareholder Frank Riehle to guide the growth and expansion of the firm’s Tax & Accounting practice.

He has over 25 years of public accounting experience, holding management positions at the national accounting firms, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Over the last 13 years of his career, David has been a shareholder with Perkins & Company in Portland, Oregon, where his primary areas of specialization involved assisting companies with their diversified tax and accounting issues.

“This addition moves us further along the path of strengthening our tax practice into a sustainable, multi-office practice with a ‘one firm’ mindset,” said Saltmarsh President, Lee Bell. “Our firm is dedicated to providing excellent client service now and into the next generation.”

David’s experience covers a variety of industries, including creative services, manufacturing, software, and technology. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting and is excited to be returning home to Florida.
